Install the extension and sign in to Instagram. Open a post or reel and click Download Comments beside the comment box, or paste a post or reel link into the extension. Keep the page open while it collects comments, then download the results as CSV, Excel (XLSX), or JSON.
The export includes Comment ID, Comment Text, User ID, Username, Profile Pic URL, Created At, and Scraped At. Some values may be empty when Instagram does not make them available.
You can pause and resume while the same tab stays open, and download the comments collected so far. When a saved position is available, Pro can continue from it after reopening the post. This starts a new batch; it does not restore comments from the previous session. Download your collected comments before closing the export panel or tab.
The extension collects the main comment list returned by Instagram. It does not separately fetch nested replies or export comment like counts.
If Instagram limits requests, collection pauses and shows a message. Wait a few minutes, then click Resume. You can adjust the request interval in Settings and download comments already collected. Export totals depend on the comments Instagram makes available.
